Refund policy

Once item is received - check all items thoroughly to make sure that no damage has been incurred during the shipping process. Please contact us at customerservice@steelandpine.com within 24 hours if there is damage. Insurance will be used from shipping company, and the item will be replaced. Refund and Exchange Policy - items can be returned for a refund within 21 Days. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact customerservice@steelandpine.com immediately if interested in a return or exchange. The return of custom orders will be at the complete discretion of the seller.
